Ipswich Town midfielder Jim Magilton and Defender Jason De Vos both believe that Doncaster Rovers were good for the win last night.

Speaking after the game Town captain Magilton said: “Doncaster took the game to us and the second goal really knocked us back. Our performance wasn't good enough and it was a harsh lesson. We have got to learn from it and get back on track on Saturday against Plymouth. I am bitterly disappointed but full credit to Doncaster, they deserved it.”.

Defender De Vos added: “We were not at the races at all and it was a poor performance all around. They only had two real shots at goal but scored with both of them. All credit to Doncaster but it was a bad night for us and not good enough in any way.”.
