Ipswich Town’s Reserve Side continued there bad start to the year losing 3-2 against Leicester City reserves at Kettering.
Town Goalkeeper Shane Supple, who was playing because Lewis Price is with the Welsh under 21 squad was beaten in the 40th after making a hat full of good saves in the earlier part of the game to keep the game tied, Ricky Muggleton netting from close range.
Town striker Pablo Couñago bought Town level again early in the second half tapping in from close range after the Leicester keeper was unable to hold the ball.
Town took the lead on the 60 minute mark when Billy Clarke volleyed home, however the advantage lasted just five minutes before Usman Gondal headed in to make it 2 each.
With moments to go town lost the game, Louis Dodds getting his head on the end of a Canero cross.
Town slip to bottom of the FA premier reserve league south, two points behind Leicester city.
