Players Awards

Town held their annual end of season awards dinner last night, Kelvin Davis walked away with the players’ player of the year award.

Kelvin got the players player of the year award ahead of Richard Naylor, adding it to his PFA goalkeeper of the year for the championship.

 

Naylor didn’t leave the night empty handed as he won the John Kerridge for the most improved player as voted for by Joe Royle and his staff.

 

Shefki Kuqi added to his supporters’ player of the year with the Boxholders and sponsors player of the year award.

 

Academy striker Billy Clarke was awarded the Dale Roberts trophy as the academy player of the year.
