Westy Rues De Vos Loss

Ipswich Town midfielder Ian Westlake believes the loss of Town defender Jason De Vos to injury will be a big one to cope with.

De Vos is likely to be out for a month after cracking two ribs in the opening day victory over Cardiff City and Westy believes it will be hard for Town to cope with out him.

 

Westlake: “I don't think Jason missed a game in the league last season apart from one suspension and to have to play without him is a handicap we will have to deal with. He is a big loss.

 

“It is down to us to adapt and to cope and we will be doing our best to do this.”
