Praise For Price

Wales manager John Toshack has praised the performance of Ipswich Town goalkeeper Lewis Price who made his debut for Wales last night.

According to Toshack it could have been much worse for Wales who lost o Cyprus 1-0 last night if it had not been for Price.

 

Toshack: “Lewis was outstanding in goal and we could easily have conceded four or five without his saves, the goalkeeper was our only player. It was a poor performance by the whole team apart from Lewis.”
