Collins At Wycombe

Ipswich Town defender Aidan Collins will be training with League Two Wycombe Wanderers tomorrow as he searches for a new club.

Collins has been told he is free to find a new club and he will not be offered a new deal at Portman Road in the summer, despite being part of the FA Youth Cup winning side from last season and making appearances in the Town first team this term.

 

Town manager Joe Royle: “Wycombe have been in touch and Aidan is going down there to have a look around the place and to train with them.

 

“At this stage it's just for them to have a look at him and him to have a look at them but it's not impossible that it could lead to something more.”
