Unai needs to be judged on...

...how he deals with injuries.

A lot of people keep saying judge Unai when Bellerin and Tierney are playing but a fully fit side would have got probably got top 4 last season.
Ramsey and Bellerin for a the whole season would have secured the CL by either the league or Europa league. IMO.

...style of football

Demanding he get top 4 this season when Pepe is not out performing Iwobi, Ceballos is not out performing Ramsey. Tierney is yet to have the same impact as Monreal and Bellerin hasn't played yet is basically asking him to do better with the same exact team. He had a season to find his style of play now, he has to deliver one. So we can judge it going forward. We've hardly seen his 4-2-3-1 (which you could actually play Ozil in if you're mad ) or his 3-4-1-2 (which was 'the Ramsey' formation which you can lay both Laca and Auba in) and we have no time or squad to try new things. Time to dominate games through tactics or prepare to be let go.

He is busy testing different styles that the players seem confused. He will still be busy until the season ends.

He has one simple goal to be judged against.

Get champions league football next season. Fail to do that he's gone. Simple.

It is cheaper to pay off 6-mil than to lose another 50-mil broadcasting & commercial revenues for missing CL Cup again in 2021/22 season.

Agreed but ideally we need him to get us into ucl. Unless we are confident of landing a top class manager.

OGS had an impact when he first arrived but we know where that appointment is headed. I'm not convinced about freddie, viera or arteta. For me they would be a step down some they have no proven ability to manage a decently sized club, let alone a top one.

Id be skeptical and maybe disappointed if they sack emery and put freddie in charge in the summer.

His job is to win. Nothing else matters. No one cares about injuries or tactics or any of that. Every team deals with the same stuff septic tank that he gets exemptions because of unluckiness is ridiculous. I sort of think he should get the full three years because we gave Wengee about 10, but this is so painful that I would understand if we got rid of him after this year.

Also, **** the senior players on the team. If experience can't win then you have no reason not to play youth.

We employed a "Liverpool's Roy Hodgson" kind of manager - superb at managing mediocre teams that punched above their weight, winning a cup now and then, but unable to handle intensive pressure in managing marquee teams like PSG and Arsenal with putting his ego ahead of the team with an inferior complex against world-class players at PSG and now, Ozil.

The Era of Valencia and Selvilla is as dead as Arsene Wenger's Beautiful Football, a gone by days as extinct as a dodo.

Now, the modern trend is either Pep's Tiki Taka Football or Klopp's gegenpressing football which that dumbfcuk is clueless to counter nor build a contemporary team that can take-on Pep's or Klopp's or even WIlder's Sheffield United.

Prepare for more miseries under this dumbfcuk of a manager.
