and not forgetting Oxford City, they will be in the hat for the 1st round draw, could we be going there again?.. Don't fancy York away, that could be real tricky..

Play them in the cup then the week after in the league. Not Peterborough but not the best of draws

Non league Chichester last out of the hat so they get the automatic bye into the 2nd round.

Gareth Ainsworth was linked with Sunderland job and has also been linked with Millwall,, at the moment he is staying with Wycombe..Not the best of draws for Rovers but we are at home.

Would have appreciated a home tie against Two-Bob Town but so be it... bring on the Spurs at a low ebb in the third round. smiling smiley

So its gonna be Manny v The Beast twice in one week and if the cup match goes to a replay then it could be 3 times in the space of 10 days..Manny by a unanimous decision for me in this Super heavyweight bout.

It's a home draw. That's about all that can be said for it.

looking at all the 1st round ties, the following probably have the best chance of live TV coverage, I think they will show maybe 3 or 4 of the ties over that weekend..

Harrogate Town v Portsmouth - good chance of coverage
Dulwich Hamlet v Carlisle United - good chance of coverage
Chippenham Town v Northampton Town - good chance of coverage
Hayes and Yeading or Poole v Oxford United - good chance of coverage
Gateshead v Oldham Ath
Dover v Southend
Potters Bar or Barnet v Fleetwood - good chance if Potters Bar overcome Barnet in replay
Maidenhead or Wealdstone v Rotherham United - good chance of coverage

The TV people tend to show the lowest ranked sides that are at home to league opposition and sometimes they favour the southern sides.

League two play off final - Saturday, 16th May 2020
FA Cup final - Saturday, 23rd May 2020
League one play off final - Sunday, 24th May 2020
Championship play off final - Monday, 25th May 2020

for some reason I think the league 2 last day fixtures are one week earlier than the last day league 1 and championship fixtures, thus the early date for league 2 play off final.

What would happen if a league one side were to have an amazing run and fairly easy path to semi finals of FA Cup and in the FA semi they caused a mighty upset by beating someone like Leicester or West Ham and they also reached the league one play off final? its quite unlikely but not impossible..2 finals in 2 days?????

its more than possible a championship club could reach FA Cup final and Championship play off final ..2 finals on Saturday and Monday..
