I see Cameron Borthwick Jackson has today signed for Oldham athletic on a half season loan were he teams up with another ex Tranmere rovers loan player jonny smith. another strange signing by us as he hardly played but I think we let jonny smith go to soon as he is a decent player.

He was a good lad and did well for us. He was a bit lightweight however. CBJ never took his chance with us. When he did get a go he looked disinterested. It was if he thought he had a right to a place in the side instead of proving he was good enough.

CBJ didn't really impress when he played for us, just didn't seem to have the right attitude. Johnny Smith on the other hand was very good, lots of potential, but as noted a bit lightweight, but could have done a job for us this season.

Personally didnt think JS was that good. Had a great attitude but was like the kid in the school team who was only there cos he could run fast

Heard some United fans in work talking about how they thought CBJs contract there is up in the summer, so this might be him done there.
