With his starting line-up, Fatty completely disregarded history, hostility, legends and leaders by leaving ‘Captain, Leader, Legend, One England Captain’ JT on the bench (AGAIN) and Super ‘201 goal’ Frankie Lampard, although Fatty did say today (Thursday) that Super ‘201 goal’ Frankie Lampard WILL start at Villa Park, Saturday lunchtime, but couldn’t guarantee him, along with JT a starting place in the Europa League final next Wednesday against Benfica.

Fortunately our record against Tottenham of not having won at The Bridge since Gary ‘MOTD, Walkers Crisps’ Lineker scored the winner in a 2-1 win in 1990 remains intact (only just) after Tottenham came from behind twice then deep into stoppage time at the end of the game, The Bridge collectively fell silent then Cechie Boy comfortably saved (say again), comfortably saved a Gareth Bale free-kick.

AVB went for it whereas Fatty settled for a 2-2 draw once substitute Sigurdsson equalised in the 80^th minute by bringing on his best mate Benayoun four minutes later for opening goalscorer Oscar.

A decision that was met by a resounding chorus of boos.
