Due to unavailability, there are a number of changes in the Pirates squad.
In the backs, Will Becconsall starts at full-back in place of Henry Palmer, who is named on the wing, whilst Josh Radcliffe moves into the centre to partner Harry Ascherl.
In the Forwards, Matt Pritchard starts at hooker.
Two players from Exeter Chiefs are named among the replacements. Both backs, they are former England under-20s international Ben Coen, who made one appearance for the Pirates last season, and Kiwi Charlie Poynton, who has arrived at the Mennaye Field on loan.

Unavailability and injury means we have a slightly disjointed look to our backline but hopefully home advantage and the backing of a vocal mennaye crowd will get us over the line.
