Wolves returned to winning action Live on Sky sports last week, and Dave Jones`s Men will hope to continue that by disposing of Grimsby - Anyone remember them?
When the name "Grimsby Town" is mentioned to a Wolves fan, bad
memories appear. For those who do not remember - It was Grimsby who beat Wolves
at Home last year, resulting in Wolves dramatic downfall allowing our friendly
neighbors to snatch our place in the top two.
This season hasn`t gone to plan either - Wolves have lost 6 games already but after a well deserved win at Stoke last week things look slightly rosier. Wolves fans, and hopefully the players realise that Wolves need to repay Grimsby, and lets hope we can repay them by taking all 3 points.
The game is not going to be pretty, Grimsby will be up for the game, as
are every team who plays Dave Jones men are and an 11 man defense, packing the
box, is expected. Wolves however do have the fire power to break down the
defense of Grimsby but last Saturdays hero, Colin Cameron, told Teamtalk
"None of us will forget what happened when we played them at Molineux last
season and if we can beat them this time, and take all three points, we can
really start climbing up the table and get off on a good run of results"
"Grimsby are not enjoying the best of times this season," he added.
"We certainly can't afford to underestimate them."
Wolves still have Mark Kennedy, who has been injured since this fixture last
season on the Sidelines and Keith Andrews is still not ready to return, but Mark
Clyde is expected to keep his place while Denis Irwin has got rid of a knock he
received last Saturday.
