Sir Jack: Last Throw Of The Dice

Wolves chairman and lifelong supporter Sir Jack Hayward speaks in an interview with the News Of The World expressing his feelings and action should the club not make the Premiership come the end of this season.

It will come as no surprise that Sir Jack Hayward has spoken to the News Of The World expressing his feelings as chairman and the fact that the biggest Wolves fan of all time may stand down at the end of the season should his beloved Wolves not gain promotion to the Premiership.

 Anybody associated with the great game will have heard of Sir Jack Hayward, and what he has done for this club is truly amazing. He is an amazing man, has an amazing history and has an amazing love for his Football Team, but there is a time, when someone as determined as Sir Jack throws his last throw of the dice, after years of failing to reach the top flight and that last throw of the dice may have just been thrown.

 Talking to the News Of The World Sir Jack says "I will be 80 in June and I can't go on forever. This is my last throw of the dice, so lets hope it ends in the premier league in may.
"I don't want to consider the chance of us not doing it this season because I feel very confident that we have the strongest squad we have had in my time here.
"I can see us getting better and better but I know we will never have a better opportunity of promotion than the one we threw away last season.
"I was very low in the summer because I really thought we were going to make it at last."

 Should Wolves fail in their attempt to get to the top-flight yet again and the mighty Sir Jack does leave then the future of this club wont be the brightest.
