Murray Completes The Signing Of His New Contact

Matt Murray has been branded the best keeper out of the top flight in English Football by football pundits. Murray, a Wolves fan at heart has now signed a new Contract with Wolves.

Matt Murray, who has been on a professional contract with the club for over 5 Years last night signed a new contract with Wolverhampton Wanderers.

 The young `Keeper who has had an amazing season made his Wolves debut away at Wimbledon, in the absence of Michael Oakes. With only a handful of first team games under his belt, he was then given his England U21 Debut and he has not looked back since.

 Murray has signed a Two and a Half year deal, with the possibility of extending it another Twelve months.

 Talking to Wolves World, the England U21 Star said "I am delighted this has happened for me. When I think that it was 5 years ago when I signed my first contract and then all the injuries and everything that has happened since, there was a time when I didn`t think that i`d have another contract, although I obviously hoped I would.

 All I want is to stay at Wolves, keep on playing and to help this club get to the Premiership. Everyone has been great during my time here and although I have come on loads I am still learning and this contract is a great reward."

Jez Moxey adds "We are delighted to get another of our top young players signed up for the future. Matt has done really well this season and we are pleased to have two quality `keepers in the squad"
