An unchanged Wolves side tonight with The Doc replacing H Bueno (injured) on the bench

Good to see an unchanged team for a change I'm sure that all the chopping and changing we have seen over the past few months did us no favours at all.

Any half where the highlight is a ridiculous VAR intervention, is by definition is a poor half.

Apart from the result this was the sort of match that just takes any enjoyment out of proceedings, poor and inconsistent officiating, pointless lengthy delays for VAR to decide on something that everyone in the ground could see immediately, players feigning injury etc etc, need I go on.
The simple game that was consistently good fun at 3.00pm every Saturday has become a pantomime, feeding global corporations and rarely a nod to the fans who strangely keep turning up to watch a game I hardly recognise any more.

The manner of that defeat stank Molineux out! Amongst a season of total sh!te that has to go down as one the sh!tiest sh!te efforts of 2025/26.
Incredibly we were slightly better in the early exchanges of the second half but that says absolutely nothing.
As a team we were useless.
I feel sorry for anyone who attended that match, which includes a friend of mine. They deserve a medal, or powerful pharmaceuticals to overcome the misery.
Never in my lifetime did I think we’d witness anything like 1983/84 again, but it’s on the cards and it’s very possible it could be worse.

By the laws of averages we have to win eventually. Even the wretched team under Jones in 03/04 beat United/city etc at home. It's almost reaching supernatural levels now as even the worst teams fluke a few wins with red cards, dodgy pens, own goals etc.

I posted similar a few years ago on here - the game is unrecognisable and not enjoyable any longer regardless of the current results

These players are an embarrassment to the wolves shirt.
No passion No Fight and now no clue how to even score a Goal.
But carry on boys picking up you're 70 or 80 grand a week playing this tripe, hang you're heads in shame.
It Doesn't get any worse than this.
The club is a complete shambles.

Been supporting Wolves since 1967. First time I saw them play 1971 and in all that time this is the worst set up in the top two divisions I've seen. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the sides we had in the bottom two divisions would beat this lot. Even in the bad old days under the Bhattis we kept the odd clean sheet and scored a goal now and again. Christ we even won the odd match ( anyone remember what that's like ). We're on course to win about 6 points this season. The old saying "you're not fit to wear the shirt" couldn't ring more true. The only player remotely good enough is Krejci. Joao Gomes and Andre are decent on their day and will probably hold their own in a better team than Wolves but both are over-rated. The rest aren't worth mentioning. With the fixtures coming up we will be lucky to go into the new year on 3 points. There's always a bright side though, and at least there's no frigging VAR in the Championship.

And while I'm at it, we keep hearing how Tolu isn't fully fit yet. Bl00dy hell, it's December. He hasn't been injured, he's been on international duty. He was leading scorer in Belgium last season. By the time players report for pre-season training they've probably had about 6 weeks off. What the fck did he do? Go on a 6 week bender?

How many of them will fck off for the African nations and suddenly be fully fit. These "players" are earning more in a week than the average person earns in a year for being @#$%&. Mass deportations required - they're on a working skilled migrant visa presumably half of them. What's the skill?

Not so much skill but a beautiful scam initiated by several guilty parties.

That's quite a diatribe Angry and your opening sentence is very inaccurate as are many of the points that followed.
I'm not going to comment on each of your examples let's just agree to disagree as my broad belief is that in spite of much heralded "achievements " the various regions you mentioned as successful interventions have been left largely unchanged or temporarily improved with not much hope of lasting change for the better. Time alone will tell.

I'd love to know what's inaccurate about it. Even if success hasn't been achieved, there has at least been effort from Trump unlike his predecessor.

In any event, I don't think politics should be brought into football but after reading your post on Trump couldn't resist. I don't think left wing rubbish ( or right wing) which continually infests the sport should be brought into the game so I'd be a hypocrite if I said I agree with Trump getting an award as part of any world cup ceremony, but take issue with your summary of Trump as a "crackpot". Football should be apolitical, why they can't just have the draw and get on with it I've no idea. Rio Ferdinand's pitiful jokes were so lame they needed a crutch to accompany them along with the "music" which basically looked like escaped criminals from an asylum talking rather than singing. The sport should be there to unite all people rather than all this nonsense.

I've actually started to go from apathy to hatred for the sport for the reasons you allude to although on the opposite end of the political spectrum and the obscene wages. Wolves players are as bad as anything I've seen in my time watching the game and most of them are on 50k a week

Turns out only Agbadou and Chirewa ( who hardly ever plays ) are the only ones going. Munetsi injured, Arokodare and Tchatchoua not selected.

I'd have to google these players to even know who they were, just shows the apathy these days I guess
