Forest Vs Wolves, Live On Sky, Friday 11th, 7.45
In Form

The hype which surrounds this game appears to be bigger in Nottingham than in Wolverhampton, but with Wolves beating Nottingham in spectacular fashion at Molineux earlier in the season and the dislike the Forest fans have for Wolves, what else can be expected? Its Forest Vs Wolves.

The win on Tuesday was massive. It was a banana skin which Wolves came out of with all the points, it moved Wolves into 5th place and extended the gap between ourselves and 7th place to 6pts. A win for either team on Friday night should cement the winner into the play-offs and a win for either side would move them into 3rd place. Dave Jones and Paul Hart have no new injury worries prior to the game. Jones is without Clyde (knee) who missed the win at Grimsby and Newton is a doubt, although there is a chance he will make the game at the City ground.
Nottingham Forest have had a much more solid season than Wolves and currently have a game in hand. Wolves have been inconsistent again, winning away 4-0 at Sheffield United and then losing 4-1 at Brighton the following week is an example of what the Wolves fans have had to suffer with but everyone knows that when Wolves do put in a performance, its one to savor. The 6-0 demolition against Gillingham, the 4-1 win against Leicester, the 3-2 win over Newcastle United, scoring 4 past Preston, S Wed, Derby County, Crystal Palace and Ipswich Town to name just a few of the great performances. Wolves currently have the best defence in the Division, loosing in just 2 goals in the previous 9 games and have only failed to score 9 times, whilst Forest have failed to score in 10 matches. Whatever happens in the Live SKY game on Friday should not effect either teams hopes of reaching the Play-Offs, but it would be so much nicer to claim the points, claim the double over Nottingham Forest and claim 3rd spot.
