Wolves Club Captain Paul Butler has been charged by the FA for Misconduct, Paul Ince may receive a fine for his outburst after the game however Middlesbrough`s instigator, Danny Mills, walks away without punishment ..Disgrace.

Danny Mills, the instigator of the trouble at the Riverside Stadium on November 1st will walk away without punishment, whilst Butler is charged. Middlesbrough`s full-back Danny Mills can clearly be seen elbowing Lee Naylor in the first half of the 2-0 defeat however the FA fail to take any further action. The full-back, currently on loan at the Riverside from Leeds United then caused mayhem 15 minutes from time. A scuffle between Lee Naylor and Mills resulted in a Middlebrough free-kick. Danny Mills however slammed the ball down and squared up to Naylor. Paul Ince moved over to try and calm the scuffle down, however Middlebrough took a quick free kick and Mendieta scored. However, as the free-kick was taken the Referee, Mr Steve Dunn can clearly be seen looking towards the Mills and Naylor incident and not the ball. As if that was not bad enough, incredibly the linesman was on the pitch moving towards the Mills and Naylor incident as the ball hit the back of the net, not to mention the rolling ball for the free-kick in the first place. Trouble then moved in the tunnel after the game and this is where Butler has been charged of misconduct. Paul Ince then branded Danny Mills an "Idiot" and classed the refereeing as "Crap". Ince said "Danny Mills is an idiot - he always goes around trying to wind people up. He is known for it." "The free-kick should not have been allowed because Mills was trying to have a fight at the time." "In my book that is crap refereeing - I don't know what the referee was on out there." Paul Butler may receive a 3 match ban, likewise may Ince, Danny Mills will serve no punishment....... Source: Paul Ince was talking to the BBC.
