Wolves Nigerian International Defender Issac Okoroknkwo insists he has settled into life in the West Midlands and just wants his chance.

Wolves were given the bad news last week regarding Joleon Lescott missing the whole of this season with his knee injury and Okoronkwo is ready to pounce should Butler or Craddock be unavailable for selection for whatever reason.

However, Okoronkwo says he is not feeling very comfortable at Molineux at the minute due to his lack of first team opportunities.

"As I said before, I`m settled in to Wolverhampton now but because I`m not playing I`m not feeling too comfortable" Said the defender.

Okoroknwo added "When your playing it`s much easier for you to enjoy yourself but when you`re not playing you just want to stay quiet."

Despite not having the first team action he would like this season, Okoronkwo still has a good relationship with the fans.

"The Fans know who I am from the World Cup and from playing in the reserves and they often speak to me. They make me feel very welcome and I hope soon I can show them what I can do on the pitch." He said.
