Wolverhampton Wanderers have signed Romanian International Striker Ioan Viorel Ganea until the end of the season whilst Dean Sturridge moves to Sheffield United on Loan.

until the end of the season whilst Dean Sturridge moves to Sheffield
United on Loan. The move
comes subject to the player receiving a work permit and International
Clearance, something Wolves expect to have no problems obtaining. The 30 year old
Romanian International, known as Vio, passed a medical at Molineux on
Monday and the player is expected to play some part in the weekends game
against Kidderminster Harriers. The player
comes to Wolves after his contract with Turkish side, Bursapor was
terminated by mutual agreement. The Striker,
who partners Chelsea`s Mutu has scored 19 goals in 40 Internationals, 40
of which came in Euro 2004 Qualifiers. Meanwhile,
Dean Sturridge has moved to Sheffield United on a 3 month loan. Source:
