ALEX Rae will be making his 550th career appearance when he steps out at the Walkers Stadium on Saturday in a game dubbed as the relegation  '6 pointer'. Wolves have received fitness boosts with several players returning from injury to fight for a place.

Rae has been in superb form all season and as Wolves leading goal scorer he will be looking to lead the team to their first away win on Satuday.

Wolves early injury problems appear to be easing as two players have ruled themselves fit for selection in Saturdays game against Leicester City at the Walkers Stadium.

Denis Irwin and Shaun Newton, who both missed Saturdays win over Fulham are in contention for a start in the midlands derby, however manager Dave Jones is expected to put Newton on the bench as Henri Camara impressed in his first game back after African Nation Cup duty against Fulham.

The right-side has now handed Jones a selection headache with Newton, Camara, Cameron and Silas all available to play the position. Denis Irwin meanwhile is expected to resume his place at Right-Back after failing a late fitness test last weekend.

Nathan Blake, who has been missing with a neck injury for the previous 6 weeks is back in light training and has set the Aston Villa game as a possible comeback.
