"It Won't Happen Again" Says Wolves Captain Ince

WOLVES CAPTAIN Paul Ince has insisted that Wolves will not put out another performance like the one against Aston Villa on Sunday for as long as he is at the club.

Wolves crashed to a 4-0 defeat at Molineux on Sunday - and the performance was dubbed as one of the worst the Wolves Fans had seen for many a year.

Wolves trailed 3-0 at the break before Vio Ganea missed a penalty and Angel added a fourth ten minutes into the second half, but the Wolves Captain insists it won't happen again.

"I don't expect to see a Wolves team ever play like that again for as long as I'm at this club, we know we let ourselves and the fans down. But we'll bounce back because that's what we're all about." Said Ince.

Ince also praised the fans, many who stopped near the end despite the team trailing 4-0. "They showed great support again even though it must have been hard for them to see their team get beat 4-0. That shows what they're all about - they haven't given up and nor will we. It's not just me, all the lads in the dressing room are gutted because it was a chance to climb out of the bottom three."

Wolves now face two tough away games at Liverpool and Chelsea respectively.
