Born in Birmingham 1982, Joleon Lescott is one of the clubs hottest properties. His defending was a key figure in the 2002/03 Promotion season, but his 2003/04 season was blighted by injury - Joleon Lescott failed to make one Premiership appearance.

Tipped as the greatest defender since the great Billy Wright, Lescott is expected to have a huge and bright future ahead of him.
