FOLLOWING YET another penalty miss
against Middlesbrough on Saturday, Wolves Manager Dave Jones has said he won't
be singling just one penalty take out.
Wolves have missed three of the four
penalties given this season. Vio Ganea missed against Aston Villa, Colin Cameron
missed against Manchester City and on Saturday Henri Camara missed against
Middlesbrough.
Wolves have not had the greatest record
from the 12 yard spot, but three penalties out of four have been saved and
something must be done.
Luckily only one penalty miss has cost us
this season - that the save by David James at Man City two weeks ago - however
another penalty miss could prove the difference between relegation and survival
- although unlikely.
"We do have players that we consider penalty takers but it doesn’t always work out in a match,"
Says the Wolves boss.
"You can give someone the job but then they’re not having such a great time of things in the game and then they’re not confident about stepping up. It’s all about who is feeling good about taking it on the day."
"I think everyone in the ground would agree that Henri was brimming with confidence throughout the match on Saturday but then things just didn’t go for him."

"Henri allowed Cams (Colin Cameron) to take one against Manchester City and then he missed. Then he took the ball himself against Boro and we still missed it."
Jones added.
