Wolves Could Still Sign Olofinjana, Says Agent.

MONACO, Crystal Palace, Newcastle, Everton and Wolves have all taken an interested in Seyi Olofinjana. The name has been linked with Wolves for months, but his agent says Wolves still have a chance of winning the signing, despite the strong competition.

Dave Jones has made his intentions in signing Olofinjana clear. Jones, Moxey and the Chairman have been to see the midfield man in action several times and Wolves have reportedly made bids to his current side Brann.

However it was revealed last week that Olofinjana was set to sign for Champions League finalists Monaco, but his agent says it's not that simple.

"If everything is not right [with the deal at Monaco] he would sign for Wolves because he knows that Dave Jones and the chief executive Jez Moxey are behind him and want to sign him." Said Olofinjana's agent.

"On paper if you compare Wolves and Monaco you would have to say that he would go to Monaco but Wolves are a good proposition."

Frenay also added "They [Wolves] are not likely to be in the Championship for more than one year and this will not be George's last move."
