PLAYER ratings from the win at Rochdale. Paul Ince and Leon Clarke leveled out the scores after a brave Rochdale start, but Kenny Miller and Keith Andrews added the final touches

	Michael Oakes	Dealt well with everything thrown at him. Stood no chance with the goal, but a decent performance....7
	Mark Clyde	Started off at centre back but was moved to left-back later on. A poor first half, but a much better second....6
	Rob Edwards	Started the game as left full-back but swapped with Clyde. A much, much better performance at centre back....7
	Jody Craddock	Finished the game as captain once Ince had left the field. A poor first half but much more steady in the second....6
	Keith Lowe	A steady-at-best performance for the youngsters debut. Looked all at sea in the first half but settled in the second ....6
	Kevin Cooper	A brilliant performance from Cooper. It was his first start of the season and was in all the action. Had one free-kick cleared off the line and it was his shot which was converted by Clarke....8
	Keith Andrews	A steady performance from Andrews. Nothing spectacular but grabbed a goal at the end....6
	Paul Ince	A real captains performance. Dragged the players up after the first goal and took over. The second half performance was inspired by Ince and what a great goal he scored. MOTM....9
	Kenny Miller	A very quiet performance from the Scot, but popped up with a nice goal....7
	Leon Clarke	A mixed night. Hit the post after some good skill, missed a sitter and then scored....7
	Shaun Newton	A good performance from Newton. His shooting was poor, but provided the run which lead to Ince's goal....7
	Seyi Olofinjana	Replaced Ince with a few minutes to go. Not enough time to make an impression.
