THE FANS Support of Wolves Manager Dave Jones hangs by a thread as Wolves travel to Brighton on Tuesday. For Jones to keep the backing from the majority of his fans, then records MUST be broken.

The excuses have ended. They ended for us on Saturday. Jones can forget injuries now, as the majority of our players are back fit. Kennedy, Ganea and Ndah may still be injured, but the side Wolves Manager Dave Jones has at his disposal should be good enough to beat anyone in this division on any given day.
No other club outside the top flight can house a 2002 World Cup Semi-Finalist in it's ranks. No other club outside the top flight can boast a summer spendig chart of almost £5M. No other club outisde the top flight can have the luxury of speding almost £29M in four seasons and finally, no other club outide the top flight have fans as loyal as those at Wolves.
We're two points off the bottom of the championship, but Wolves have still sold all of their tickets for long-winded away trips to Brighton and Plymouth respectively. They still have £21,000 Season ticket holders and still have fans fully behind the team and manager.
Patience however is wearing thin. Very thin. A loss away at Brighton tomorrow will see Jones thrown under emense pressure. Not only from the media, but for the first time in his time at Wolves, from the fans.
Therfor a win is essential. It's doubtful he will get the sack if he loses, but it's possible. But should Wolves win away at Brighton tomorrow, they will have had to overturn a few little runs that Wolves could have done without.
Firstly, Wolves are yet to win in the league this season, drawing 5 and losing two of the opening five games. Secondly, Wolves have not won a game away from Molineux since April 2003. Finally, Wolves have beaten Brighton and Hove Albion just once, ever!
So a win looks unlikely. However those runs MUST come to an end at the Withdean. Anything but a Wolves win and Jones could see his own run as the Wolves Fans favourite manager, come to a very dissapointing and abrupt end.
