Jones Responds To Board Criticism

WOLVES Manager Dave Jones has responded to Jez Moxey's criticism after being handed four games to turn the season around.

Chief Executive Jez Moxey branded the start to the season as unacceptable after Wolves took just eleven points from the opening eleven league games.

Reports also suggested that Jones needs to take at least nine points from the next twelve points available and Jones has responded to the reports by declaring he'll be "working his socks off" over the next few weeks.

"All I can do is work my socks off," said Jones.

"If that isn't good enough for people, then they will decide whether it is time to change. But if you stick with people, they will deliver the goods."

"We have got to remain strong in our belief and work hard." 

Jones will take his side to Nottingham Forest on Friday night for the first of his four-game survival plan.
