Just thought I would take the time to
say thank you. Thank you for taking us up, making us stronger and, building a
platform for the future. I have seen the last 76 home and away games
consecutively and it has been full of ups and downs, but I have loved every
minute. I am truly grateful for everything you have done, and good luck in the
future!
Dave, I'm sorry to hear about the board
decision today. I can't quite see how a change now would improve the situation
really. Anyhow, Best of luck for the future. I'm sure you'll improve the
fortunes of your next club, as you improved ours. Good Luck.
I am really sad and disappointed at the
lack of loyalty shown by the club to its best manager in decades. DJ you are a
winner, a great manager and a great man. I feel ashamed to be a fan of Wolves
today. I'm sure you will go on to bigger and better things and only hope that
when you look back at your time at Wolves that you do so with pride and with no
hard feelings. Thank you so much for all your efforts and of course for Cardiff.
If you think the fans are angry at you for
one second - then get it rapidly out of your head - no true fan will never
forget the name Dave Jones. You guided us to the Premiership when others could
not and for that we will always be truly thankful.
Dear Dave...notwithstanding everything,
you gave me the greatest joy by winning Wolves promotion. I will never
forget you , unfortunately, things did not turn out well this season, and its
always the manager who takes the blame even though the prima donnas do not
perform...but, such is football. I will be following your fortunes and
