We Heard Nothing, Say Millwall On Seol's Abuse

MILLWALL Football Club have denied hearing any racist abuse aimed at Seol Ki-Hyeon during Wolves' 2-1 Championship win on Saturday.

MILLWALL Football Club have denied hearing any racist abuse aimed at Seol Ki-Hyeon during Wolves' 2-1 Championship win on Saturday.

Wolves Captain Paul Ince blasted the Stewards at Millwall's New Den stadium on Saturday for not acting on the racist abuse aimed at Wolves South Korean International Seol Ki-Hyeon during the game.

Ince accused the stewards at Millwall for "not doing their jobs properly", yet Millwall deny hearing any racist abuse at the game, despite users on one Millwall Message Board discussing and confirming which racist terms were used.

However Millwall haven't totally closed their ears and have appealed for Paul Ince to come forward and tell their Chairman, Ken Brown what he heard. "“We have not heard anything we would deem to be racial abuse, but Paul Ince might have heard other things." read a statement from the London club.

“If he feels we should investigate, then he should tell us what was said and we will take it very seriously."

The anti-racism group kick it out has appealed for Ince to make a formal complaint and would like any fans at the game who heard racist abuse to contact them on 0800 169 9414.

A statement from Molineux praised how Seol reacted to the racism and added how pleased Wolves were with his last-minute winner.
