A Wolves Season Ticket Holder will be running the London Marathon in April this year for the National Autism Society, and he needs your help!

Phil Bant from Perton, Wolverhampton, will be taking to the streets of London in April to run for the National Autism Society after his three year old son was diagnosed with the condition.

Phil (pictured left with Glenn Hoddle, son Harry and wife Sarah) has been nominated by Wolverhampton Wanderers as their official runner and spent a day at Molineux earlier this month meeting Wolves boss Glenn Hoddle.

The 34 year old has joined two running clubs and has lost an impressive two-stone already as he bids to increase his fitness before the day on April 17th.

Wolves have donated a signed shirt which will be auctioned off and three quarters of all the money raised after the first £1,500 will be used to help people in and around Wolverhampton.

wolvesfc.co.uk will be following Phils progress - who will run dressed as "Superman" - during and after the event, but he really needs your help raising money for a great cause.
