WOLVERHAMPTON Wanderers will complete the signing of Spurs Midfielder Rohan Ricketts for a month's loan on Monday morning.

Wolverhampton Wanderers will complete the loan signing of Rohan Ricketts from Tottenham Hotspur on a months loan on Monday morning.

Wolves had hoped that the 22 year old would have been available for Saturdays visit to Preston North End, but the deal couldn't be completed in time for the 5pm deadline meaning Ricketts won't be available until the home game against Burnley next Tuesday.

"I know the lad very well, he has got a lot of talent, and he can improve further, he can play in all the positions across the midfield so he will be a versatile addition to the squad." Glenn Hoddle told the official website.

Hoddle signed Ricketts from Arsenal for Spurs in 2002 and has made 36 appearances for the White Hart Lane based club. Ricketts has also spent a month on loan to Coventry this season.

The deal is for one month, with the view to a possible extention.
