Silas goes out on a seasons loan...Again!

WOLVERHAMPTON Wanderers have today announced that Portuguese International Silas has joined yet another Portuguese club on a seasons long loan, despite reports that he was set to join Wolves back at Molineux.

Wolves signed Silas for £1M from Leiria in July 2003 but after playing just nine times for Wolves (two starts) he was sent to Maritimo on a seasons long loan.

His agent recently told the press that Silas was expected to stay and fight for his place at Molineux during the new campaign but it has today been announced that he has signed a seasons long loan deal with Belenenses.
