Ince puts pen to paper on new deal

WOLVES Captain Paul Ince today put pen to paper on a new one year deal. The former West Ham, Inter Milan, Liverpool and Manchester United player will play his fourth season in the old gold of Wolves.

The Wolves skipper today put pen to paper on a new deal which will see the former England Captain see out his fourth consecutive season at Molineux.

Ince made it clear of his determination to stay at Molineux last season but today's news came as a huge relief to Hoddle who was worried at the amount of time negotiations with Wolves and Ince had taken.

"I am delighted that Paul has put pen to paper. He has proved to me over the last year that he still has a lot to offer this club." Hoddle told the clubs official website.

  "He is a driving force for us and if we are to achieve promotion then we need men like him in the middle of the field. He gets other players to respond and it was important that we kept him so, I am over the moon that we have secured his signature."

In two appearances next season Ince will have played more game for Wolves than he did for Inter Milan, West Ham, Liverpool or Midlesbrough. Ince is 8 games of the 100 appearance mark.
