Gyepes completes loan deal with Wolves

HUNGARIAN International Gabor Gyepes has today signed a six month loan deal with Wolves and said he is delighted to be playing his Football in England.

Gyepes played two pre-season games for Wolves recently, away at Port Vale and during the 4-0 hammering of Dundee in the City Of Discovery cup and has today completed a loan move for six months.

Wolves have the exclusive option to sign Gabor on a permanent basis at any time and the 24 year old is delighted to be at Molineux.

  "I am very happy to have completed the signing here at Wolves," Gyepes told the clubs official website. "I came here and played two games last week and I feel this is a very good team.

  "Everybody has been very friendly to me and I hope I will be able to stay here a long time. It was my dream to play football abroad, and to come here to England, the home of football, will be very good for me."

Boss Glenn Hoddle also added "Gabor will be a great asset to this club. He did OK with us last week and central defence is an area where I think we need some cover.

  "On the ball he is two footed and can play down the left and right channel, but he will need some adjustment to the English game because the ball comes forward quicker than he is used to."

Gyepes will play during Wolves' only home pre-season game against Aston Villa on Saturday.
