Hoddle Out To Make More THan A Point

Wolves may have lost the battle at the weekend, but the war is far from over. Two home games in 5 days give Hoddle's men the ideal platform to prove to the league, and to themselves that can still be worthy Champions.

Wolves’ fans are still licking the wounds inflicted by Neil Warnock’s
Blades on Saturday, but manager Glenn Hoddle wants his team to put their
disappointment behind them, and focus on Tuesdays home encounter with
midlands rivals Derby County.

Hoddle knows that Molineux will be where his side win or lose the
divisional title, but to date, his men have looked far too inconsistent at home to
justify anything better than their current play off spot. But six
points from their next 2 fixtures, both at home, and all that could soon
change. As Hoddle points out

"If a team wins three or loses three in this league you can swing nine
points around very quickly. “

Time may not be running out just yet, but it’s certainly getting on and
if Hoddle's men have aspirations of greatness, there’s no better time than
now to start showing it.
