2000 Miles away and Wolves` conceed 6 goals in just two games, however back in England, we score two against small rivals Kidderminster Harriers on a warm night in the Midlands.

Wolves` striker Adam Proudlock has been bashed around by press after his exploits off the field in recent weeks however tomorrow he will feature in the press for all the right reasons.

Wolves sent a starting line up to Kidderminster featuring trialists who doned the Wolves` colours for the very first time and trialists who`s trial period was extended due to impressive performancies. New signing Denis Irwin was missing from the starting 11 whilst Russel Howarth took his position up between the sticks.

The first few minuites whitnessed a few nasty tackles however the Ref` had things under control and things soon settled down.

Man of the moment Adam Proudlock broke the deadlock on 39 minutes. Larkin squared the ball for Proudlock who lashed the ball home from 6 yrds as Wolves clinched the lead they deserved.

The second half will be rememberd for two main talking points. The first was a serious looking injury to Harriers Scott Stamps as he took a bash in a 50/50 challenge. After recieving treatment he was carried off on a stretcher to a standing ovation from both sets of fans.

The second talking point was young Adams second goal of the game. Ashly Vincent broke free, crossed the ball and Kidderminsters Sean Parrish handled the ball, the ref pointed to the spot and Proudlock converted nicely.

This has been a good Work out and we expect a final decision from Jones on the trialists in the next few days.

Next up is Stockport and Wolves will show off their European Cup Winner Denis Irwin.
