BEFORE the local journalists in Reading sharpen their pencils to report what a big bad Wolves website we are, here is the ticket news ahead of Wolves' Boxing Day clash with Reading.

It was just over a year ago when we reported that Reading Fans had failed to sell out their small allocation of tickets at Molineux - and had two articles written about us in the local Reading media - and we let it be known how they had opted to take the small allocation of the Jack Harris Flank.

A year later and Reading are on the verge of the Premiership. A terrific start see's them more than 20 points above Wolves and they have lost just once all season. So, obviously, they have taken the larger selection of tickets this year...

..Er, but they haven't.

No, despite being miles clear of Wolves and despite going 20 odd games unbeaten Reading have managed to sell just 990 tickets for the Boxing day game in which they hope to go 24 games without defeat.

There are just a few hundred tickets left for Wolves Fans, however tickets will be available on the turnstiles for the lower tier of the Steve Bull Stand.
