Following City's fortunate 1-0 victory over Wimbledon on Saturday, Bluebird to the Bone caught up with Sam Hammam, who gave us his post match thoughts.

victory over Wimbledon at the National Hockey Stadium, Bluebird to the Bone
were lucky enough to catch a few words with City owner Sam Hammam.
"It wasn't a good performance from the team, but I'm pleased we got three points over my former club." said the Lebanese businessman. "We will need to improve on Tuesday night against West Bromwich Albion, otherwise Cardiff will get beaten." Hammam's visit to his former club was a happy one, and the hostile reception many had predicted did not really occur. The only booing aimed at the former Dons chief was from a small section of home supporters in the grandstand, who I believe are supporters from the 'old' club. |
