Cardiff City v. Notts County - Youth Cup Preview
The Cardiff City youth side are in action on Tuesday night, with Notts County visiting Ninian Park for the third round tie of the prestigious FA Youth Cup.

The competition is well respected in British football, with crowds turning up to watch future stars competing for the world's greatest domestic cup competition at youth level. The importance of this competition was proved when over 5,000 were in attendance at Northampton Town's sixfields ground for the visit of Manchester United in the FA Youth Cup last month.

The Red Devils are the current holders of the competition after beating Middlesbrough over two legs in last seasons final to lift the trophy yet again. 20,000 supporters, including an away following from Tyneside, were at Old Trafford for the second-leg where the United youngsters secured their Youth Cup crown.

A run in the Youth Cup would be extremely beneficial for the Cardiff City youngsters, giving them some much needed experience against a higher class of opposition.

The game kicks-off at 7pm, with ticket prices at £4 for adults, and £1 for concessions.
