Cardiff City will be entered into the hat with 7 other clubs for the quarter-final draw of the FAW Premier Cup on Saturday. The Bluebirds could face either Total Network Solutions, Rhyl, Caersws or Newport County in the tie.

| The draw for the quarter-finals of the
FAW Premier Cup draw is made on Saturday. Four of the sides who qualified from the group stages of the competition will be joined in the hat by the seeded Cardiff City, Wrexham, Swansea City and Barry Town. The four qualifiers from the preliminary stage are Welsh Premiership leaders Total Network Solutions, Caersws, Rhyl and the side that dumped City out of the competition last season, Newport County. In a competition that doesn't really get the fans to excited, particularly since the ambitious Sam Hammam took over at the helm, City fans will want to draw the Exiles once again. It's the only away tie that really looks like one to do, and some revenge follow last season's penalty shoot-out disappointment would be nice!
