It's getting ridiculous! Another kick-off time has been moved on Police Advice, with the Derby County game now kicking-off at 1pm. The Bluebirds take the tricky trip to Pride Park on February 7th.
| Derby Kick-Off Time Changed |
| The kick-off time of Cardiff City's
tough visit to Pride Park to take on Derby County has been moved, due to
more ridiculous fear of trouble between the two sets of supporters. On Police Advice, the time the game will begin has been moved from 3pm to 1pm. It's ridiculous that this continuously happens, when this season we have had a season almost totally free of the hooliganism that has given our club a sour reputation for centuries. The kick-off change wouldn't make that much difference to potential trouble anyway, but it will make it a more difficult away trip for the proper fans of Cardiff City! The game takes place on February 7th, and is the first fixture of what is a horrible month for the club with a run of very difficult fixtures. "We understand that changes to kick-off times can be an inconvenience to some supporters and we can only apologise for that. But we respect the advice of the police and feel it is only right we comply with their request." said Derby County club Secretary Keith Pearson. |
