Cardiff City's fourth round F.A Youth Cup tie against Swindon Town has been postponed only hours before kick-off due to swowfall. The Bluebirds had been due to play the Robins in a fourth round tie at the County Ground.

Cardiff City's F.A Youth Cup tie against Swindon Town has been postponed due to snowfall across the west country.

The County Ground has suffered snowy conditions since late this afternoon, and officials had no choice but to call off the tie during a second pitch inspection.

The Bluebirds youth side, who have come on leaps and bounds over the past year, were due to play the Robins in a fourth round tie.

A new date will now obviously have to be set for the tie, which will probably be next week.
