Bristol City wing back, Mickey Bell is on the verge of signing for Luton Town. Bell was linked with a move to the Bluebirds towards the end of last season.

Bristol City wing back, Mickey Bell is on the verge of signing for newly promoted, Luton Town in a deal worth £700,000. Bell is a good defender, with a superb left foot, and is well known for his free-kicks.

At the end of last season, Bell had strong transfer links with the Bluebirds, but now looks certain to join Luton, and it is expected that the deal will be confirmed within the next few days.

Newly promoted Luton have brought some new players to the side, including Tony Thorpe, who was another player linked with Cardiff, and Joe Kinnear’s men look a side with the potential to gain promotion again this season.
