Two more home points dropped at home...

It was very wet and the first of three home games in an eight day period, but only 9,574 turned out to see Preston twice come from behind to share the spoils at Ninian Patk on Tuesday night...
Another crowd so far below the break even figure of 13,000 that Sam must now begin to question the sleeping giant tag. Cardiff fans pick and chose their games it seems and the stay away fans missed a game lacking in quality but with another gem from Jason Koumas in it!
Twice Cardiff took the lead through Joe Ledley on the half hour mark and thanks to Koumas' superb free kick after 79 minutes, but Preston battled hard and their endeavours earned them goals from Mears on 61 minutes and a 90th minute equaliser from Sedgwick. Cardiff huffed and puffed in the last seconds but couldn't convert a series of corners into a goal.
Cardiff 2 v Preston North End 2
Attendance - 9,574
