On the 1st of September, in Gartlea Community centre, we bring you an Audience with....

It is basically going to be a question and answer session and we hope to add another guest by the end of the week.
Some of Alan Lawrence's history, he played for Meadowbank, Dundee, Airdrie, Partick, Stenhousemuir, Cowdenbeath, Hearts and Bathgate. For Airdrie alone he made over 200 appearance scoring over 50 goals and "nipper" played in three Scottish cup finals between 92 and 96, the final in 95 - 96 was for Hearts.
John Lapsley played for us between 1972 and 1980, he again made over 200 appearances for Airdrie and scored over 20 goals and played in the Scottish Cup final in in 74 - 75. He also played for Partick, Ayr, Cowdenbeath, East Stirling, Falkirk, Hamilton, Stenhousemuir, Dunfermline, Clyde, and Brechin.
John McVeigh, played with Airdrie between 75 & 81, before heading to Australia to play for Brisbane C, he returned to Scotland to play for Clyde, Hamilton, Kilmarnock and Falkirk. John has also had spells with Raith Rovers, Albion Rovers and Stenhousemuir as manager.
Do I need to go in to Tam Cowan's history, I think it's enough to say he is a Motherwell fan who in the past has shared a love hate relationship with Airdrie, when times were bad he was one of the few in the media who took the time to listen to us and supported our plight by at least turning up to some fund raising events.
