Having just realised i'm four matches behind I thought it was time I caught up with the prediction league ahead of tonights rescheduled Alloa game. There is not one of us that doesn't know survival is the key this season and on the 3rd of Feb we took a step towards that when we beat Forfar away from home, a single goal separated the teams and it ws scored by Dale Carrick on the 40th minute match. Our next outing was on the road again, this time to League Leaders Raith Rovers Airdrie took the lead when Dale Carrick slotted home on the 44th minute but Raith have proven to be a team who like to come from behind and this match was to be no different, Willis Furtado got the equaliser for Raith on 63 minutes and then the winner was cored by Lewis Vaughan on 76 minutes.
Our next game saw us face Queen Park at home, again trying to keep our place in the league a win over Queens was a must. We beat them 2-1 with goals from David Brownlie and a penalty from Darryl Duffy. The match came to an exciting end when Queens Park scored late on through Adam Cummins fortunately it proved to only be a consolation goal.
in the final match of the update we were beaten by Ayr United 3-0 with goals from Andrew Geggan and a double from Lawrence Shankland.
Mocklin Redz and Deadly Diamond battle it out for top spot but it's once again a very close prediction league and with 10 games to go it's anyones game.
