Mark McGeown stays with Airdrie

Sandy Stewart Airdrie United manager has continued the good news week for the fans. Over the ups and downs of the last three seasons one thing has remained constant at Airdrie Football Club.

The standard of goal keepers at the club has been exceptional. Broto from the Archibald season, Ferguson from the McCall Season and now McGeown have given our defence solid goal keeping at the back.

Although Mark has decided to take the two year part-time option, where full-time was on offer. It is another step forward for the newly formed team on the block.

Expect more signings like this in the next few weeks
