Wage Capping

Would wage capping make Scottish football any fairer, the Scottish Football League Associations AGM is this Friday, so what suggestions would you like to put forward.

I have a least three the first is wage capping. A structure where teams in one league cannot pay a single player more or lass than a certain amount. For instance:  

First Division	£750-£2000 pw
Second Division	£250- £1000 pw
Third Division	£10-£300 pw

Even these prices may be beyond some of the teams. Basic I know but then teams, players and supporters know what they are getting before the season begins.

Not many teams out side the Premier League can afford to pay transfer fees, most of them are in such financial trouble that even the chosen twelve will not be paying much to bring new players into their respective clubs. So making a structure for this is futile until football finds it's feet once again.

Second: As discussed before on the web pages I am all in favour of a pyramid system, bringing in junior teams  to replace the team that finishes bottom of the third division, again like the Spl Motherwell/Falkirk situation this is like turkeys voting for Christmas and I can't see it ever happening.

Third and finally I would like to see  Comps stopped for every game, make everyone fit and able to pay, pay!

I do realise ht there is very little too no chance of these happening but in general, football has to change or it is going to die a long and lingering death.
