The Allstars had several regulars missing for this one,Neily & buckles were absent as were defenders Gordy, Mitch & Col which meant a bit of a reshuffle in defence with Rg and Pardoe Making up the heart of the defence. Stevie W was moved into the middle and Darran took his place on the left.

At half time the Allstars were 2-1 in front thanks to new top scorer ( cnut) James with another 2 well taken goals, a hard fought second half followed with some "backs to the wall stuff" being quoted from the manager. So 2-1 it finished and was agood run out and in the end it was a very young side that finished the game which will give them more match experience. And lets face it any win over Motherwell is sweet no matter what !!
