Airdrie travel to foreign lands on sat to take on Berwick Rangers at Shielfield Park tomorrow. The last meeting between the two teams saw Airdrie come home with all three points after a very good 3-0 win.

It's time Airdrie United and Sandy Stewart broke their away day duck, having lost all three away games in the league so far. But Berwick Rangers will prove to be a hard test this season as they have successfully defended Sheilfield with two home wins out of two. In their last home game they beat Alloa 3-2.

A re-arranged mid-field will also have to take to the park for Airdrie as well, David Dunn now joint highest scorer is suspended after his straight red received during a good performance against Clyde in the Mid-week CIS cup match. Who will pick up his position in mid-field?

Lee Gardner is still out through injury, Paul Ronald has other commitments due to work.and Kenny Black is out with a slight Hamstring pull. Again Stephen "Dosser " Mckeown is rated doubtful but may be training with the team.

Paul Smith, Berwick Rangers manager has a few doubts within his team as well, Darren Smith, Martin Neil, Alan Neil and Mark McCormick are all side lined due to injury.
